In assuring the quality of our products, our own in-house testing facilities play an important role. Our quality department is well equipped to perform a wide variety of quality tests on our ss tubes, fittings and valves.
OD and roundness testing is done with the help of ring type measuring heads including all modern highly equipped instruments.
Surface roughness is tested in-house with most modern profilometers.
Grain size testing is done in-house which gives accurate assessment of grain size in the specimen used to verify the effectiveness of a particular manufacturing process such as heat treatment
Material certificate, also known as mill test report (MTR) or mill test certificate (MTC), is a quality assurance document used in the metals industry. Each and every component are closely monitored and documented for current as well as future use. The certificate certifies material’s technical parameters such as chemistry, mechanical or other physical properties, manufacturing routes, heat treatment details, testing results or compliance to a set of international or local standards.
